Arduino Engineering Kit-Arduino MKR 1000 can't program

Hi everyone ,could you help me?
My Arduino MKR 1000 can work in arduino IDE,but when I write "arduinosetup"...
I ve installed all the packages for the Engineering Starter kit Arduino + Matlab,and my arduino uno can work well
win10 matlab2019b
I met some problems shown in the following picture, would you like to help me and give me some suggestions.

The problem has been solved.
I found Arduino MKR1000 can work well with Matlab2018a.

Hello,
I am student at Merchant Marine Academy Makedonias and i have problem with arduino upload server,espesually with the library 'arduino/mkr motor carrier'.If you are interesting,we can also use TeamViewer programme.You will find information in the attached file.
I will be very gradefull if you gave me an answer.

It looks like you are missing a library. Can you confirm if you have the MKRMotorCarrier library version 1.0.1 installed?
