I have derived my equations of motion and have managed to plot both of the individual velocities, but I would also like to have a separate graph that shows the relative velocity. Is there a way that I can do this using plot, or have something in my code that would divide one velocity by the other velcoity

Here is said that x3 and x4 - velocities

So i'd just do:
v3 = x(:,3);
v4 = x(:,4);
plot(t,v3./v4)
