how can I get the TIREM software

Access TIREM Software
"The Terrain Integrated Rough Earth Model(TIREM) is a propagation model for computing the path loss for irregular terrain and seawater scenarios. TIREM is developed, trademarked, and licensed by Alion Science. To use TIREM, you need to acquire it from Alion Science.”
howeve,I can't open the website of Alion Science.,how can I get the TIREM software?

Hello Guo,
The Path loss using Terrain Integrated Rough Earth Model can be modelled (calculated) using the 'tirempl' function as offered by the 'Antenna Toolbox'. Please do check if your MATLAB has the toolbox using 'ver' command at MATLAB command prompt. For more information, please check the below mentioned link:
