Image acquisition in NTSC format with Picolo frame grabber

Hello,
I am using the image acquisition toolbox (Windows 64 bit, Matlab R2011a, V4.1) to acquire images from a Picolo frame-grabber with a bnc connection to an infra-red video camera. However, the image been sent from the camera is in NTSC format whereas the only format I appear to be able to access is PAL using the image acquisition toolbox. I came across this issue:
which is the exact same problem that I am having but the solution does not work for me, more specifically there is no property AnalogVideoFormat in the video object.
Euresys ( http://www.euresys.com/Products/MultiCam.asp) who supply the frame grabber have software called MultiCam where I can run the input in NTSC format, it uses an NTSC.cam file to configure NTSC format. I attempted to supply this file as the format input to the videoinput, but this doenst work and it also doesn’t appear to be an option from looking at the DeviceFileSupported (from imaqhwinfo) which equals 0. Any advice in this issue would be greatly appreciated. Also if it is simply not possible to use the image acquisition toolbox to acquire NTSC video input with this frame grabber, could you recommend a standard frame grabber where this functionality would definitely be supported, ideally a frame grabber readily accessible.
Thank you,
Gary
