How to acquirre temperature using PC-DAS-TC card with MATLAB ?

I am facing a problem in acquiring temperature from PC-DAS-TC card. The card is working properly and we have tested the card using Tracer DAQ. When I'm trying to acquire temperature from MATLAB, it is not showing any values. So, please help in resolving this issue.
