3D Reconstruction from video

I have taken a 360-degree video of a small object using an automatic turntable which revolves in constant speed. There are no changes of angles in the video. My goal is to produce an image containing the 360-degree texture of the object or to have a flattened 3D-image of the object. Will there be a solution to this? If you have any suggestions for changing the capturing (e.g. not to use video but to capture images) please leave your suggestions below. Thank you.
P.S. Sorry for the title, I don't know the proper terminology for it.
