Hello Gowtham Gowda,

my suggestion would be to use the implementation of a full adder which performs bitwise logical operations. I attached a Simulink model that performs a 4-bit addition just using logical operations. Just for the sake of result visualization there is an add-block in the convertToDouble subsystem.
