Hi all,
I am confused about the terminology utilized in MATLAB's NN toolbox. Regarding the inputs to the neural network, in the documentation, they say that there are two ways of inputting the data:
1) R by Q matrix (where R is the input size and Q is the batch size)
2) Ni by TS matrix (where Ni is the network's number of inputs and TS is the number of timesteps).
They also state that the number of inputs of the network and the size of each input are different things.
Can someone give me some insight on this two ways of inputting the training set? A practical example would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
