Simbiology 2018 is unable to find imported PK data (ng/L). I upload the data with ID, concentration (ng/L). Dose (mg) at time 0 with subsequent "." in preceeding rows for each PK time point. At first, the data can be graphed. If I try to model data, the Simbiology is unable to locate the data. If I go back to data and try to modify graph, Simbiology loses the data.
I should note that I haven't had this problem with PD data (molecule/liter).
Are there any reported glitches with Simbiology 2018 and modeling PK?
Thank you in advance for the help

Thanks for the response. I'm using 2018a.
The problem was difficult to describe. I could upload the data normally and even look at the time/concentration profiles. However, when I tried modeling the data, I would be given an error message. Then, when I tried re-graphing the data, the data disapeared...
Its a strange issue, but I think it may be related to how I was uploading the data. Instead of inputting "." for the blank values, I used "NaN." I can now use the data.
Thanks again

I think I understand, at least at a high level. If this happens again, one thing that would help is to share the exact error message you're getting.
Also, there are ways to import data into MATLAB (and SimBiology) that don't require you to change "." to NaN in your files. If that's useful to you, I suggest creating another MATLAB Answers question where you provide a sample data file and describe how you're importing the data.
