I need the equation of a plane containing lines. The link you sent does not answer that question, nor include the commands. I am looking for commands!

You cannot get an equation of a plane containing lines when you use those equations. You can only get a single point.
x=1+3t can only be simultaneously true with x=2+2t at a single x value. Likewise, the y and z pairs restrict to single y and z values. A combination of unique x, unique y, and unique z, gives a single point rather than a plane.
