How to find the intersection points of two curves and exchange their data beyond these points?

Hi, guys.
I have a matrix data consisting of x and y that can be used to plot different curves. But there are many intersection points between these curves, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Is it possible to remove these intersection ponints and make these curves varying approximately linearly with x?
