Reuse a State Multiple Times in a Chart (variable times)

Suppose you have the situation discussed in the example:

What is the best solution if you have to reuse many states, 100, 1000 or N (variable), and generate code ?

One option could be to use a Simulink For-Each subsystem. Inside the for-each subsystem would be a single instance of the state chart.
