Looks like z is a 3x1 vector while h evaluates to a 2x1 vector since Dv is 3x2 and v is 3x1 which forces the resulting division to be 2x1.
You cannot add a vector of 3 indices to one with 2.
It looks like you do not use k in your function anywhere, an easy fix would be to make z = [x0;y0]; and just remove k0.

thank you for the tip! but the problem is that i have to use k and make this to 3x1..
