Going from 1 x n to n x n matrix

How doe I convert a matrix with 100 elements in a 1x100 matrix to a 100x100 matrix. Each row in the 1xn matrix will have the same values in rows 2, 3, 4, 5 etc to 100

repmat(A,100,1)
where A is your vector.
