In my matlab R2017a simulink is not working

In my MATLAB R2017a when I click to the simulink icon this shows me this type of error in command window:-

Warning: Did not start the server. Last testPort tried: 31515.

Could not connect to localhost.

In sltemplate.ui.StartPage.show

Warning: Failed to start the web server. This could be because of the Java virtual machine. Restart MATLAB without the flag -NoJVM to fix this.

I am using windows7 ultimate. Can anyone help me
