How can I request installation media?

My Internet-connected system for downloads is Windows. However, I need to download offline-installable software for Linux. Can I just request physical install media?

Are you on a standard license/student/home license? If you have a standard license,and the admin for the license you should be able to download it by yourself. Please see the MATLAB Answers post here for instuctions.
If you are on a student/home license, you will not be able to download the iso. You can try contacting the Mathworks support team and request a copy.
