scale the axis in graph obtained in gui window

i ve plotted a graph of PI curve but i'm unabling to scale the x-y axis. how to change??

actully i've plotted a PI curve which gets plotted which i click on the push button in gui but d plot has not scaled properly .so i want to scale the axis??how to go on with dat??

Put

set(handels.figure1,'xlimmode','auto')
set(handels.figure1,'ylimmode','auto')

after plot command.

 (handles.figure1)

is handle of your axes.
