How to concatenate two matrices into single with +/- sign between them (Matlab 2017b)

A=[1 2; 3 4] % Actual matrix is 100x100.
B=[0.53 0.75; 0.23 0.14] % Number of decimal is high and expected to be 2 max
% Expected result
C=[1+/-0.53 2+/-0.75; 3+/-0.23 4+/-0.14]

Not possible with arrays of numbers. The only way to do this is to build a string or character array and save that as C.
