You either need a forcing function or some nonzero initial conditions in the Integrator blocks... otherwise, you should expect to get all zeros if your system starts in equilibrium without any disturbance.
The forcing functions would feed right into the (1/Mass) gains, in the Add blocks at the top left and/or bottom right or your model, depending on whether the force acts on the chassis or the wheel.
