Increase camera calibration accuracy

Dear Sirs,
I try to calibrate a camera and I need high precision. The camera will be used for a 3D reconstruction. I have made a precise pattern and carefully followed the instructions from Matlab documentation. Unfortunately the results are not accurate. I look for a solution.
I have seen that for example the function "estimateWorldCameraPose" works inaccurate with default parameters as well. Results get much better if parameters as 'MaxNumTrials', 'Confidence' and 'MaxReprojectionError' are set more strictly. I wonder if there are such parameters in "estimateCameraParameters", that Matlab looks for a better Solution?
