How to convert a equation to double

Hello, good morning,

I am trying to convert this equation:

(166694427977015*x)/140737488355328 - 5524692416291113/36028797018963968

To one with double coefficient:

1.1844x - 0.1533

Thank you!

I have to say that I am doing this double(poly2sym(funcion)) but it is not working.
