how to see the PID parameters when implementing Optimization app?

Hi, I wrote the GA code for PID controller then, I use optimization app to run the Genetic Algorithm. But I can not see where are the PID parameters?

I'm not sure that I understand you. The PID parameters are your control variables, right? I mean, they are in the vector x that ga uses as the fitness function fun(x). So what do you want to see, the values changing as ga progresses? You can use 'gaplotbestindiv' as the PlotFcn option.
But maybe you mean something else. If so, please ask again.

ga accepts a vector x and uses x to compute the fitness function fun(x). The vector x is, I believe (but you would know better than I would) composed of Kp, Ki, and Kd.
In other words, examine how you pass the PID parameters, and then you'll know what the resulting x is.
If I misunderstand you, then please show exactly how you are using ga for a PID controller.
