how to find the probability and display the value in matrix

I am writing a code where I am comparing one vioce signal with one saved audio file in my computer. I am comparing them using lmultigauss and plotting the gmm of the these audios. How can I find the likelihood number of these two audios? I am trying to use the following code to display the value of likelihood..

 [lY,lYM]=lmultigauss(c(:,no_coeff)',mu_user1,sigma_user1,c_user1);
graph_gmm(c(:,no_coeff)',mu_user1,sigma_user1,c_user1);
A(1) = mean(lY);
A(2) = mean(lYM);
