How to use 2D line curvature and normals equation?

I want to use this code for 2D line curvature to mark most concave and convex points in the edges of the image. I am applying this function for a x-ray image using MatLab R2018a.

I want to who what is meant by lines and vertices in 'function k=LineCurvature2D(Vertices,Lines)' and what are the inputs for vertices and lines?

There is help in the function...read it....you need to have the (x,y) points of the vertices to achieve it.

Attach the image.....you have to get the dataset from the image. Tell us your expectations.
