Problem with Configuration Parameters in Simulink. Why are there no options in code generation?

I have installed Rti and want to build up the model and generate the code. But there is no button for Build-up and no options in Rti code generation. Has anyone experienced such a problem? The Matlab version is 2017b. Thank you in advance.
