let A=[1 2 3 4 5 6; 2 3 4 5 6 7; 4 5 6 7 8 9] B=[2 3 4 5 6 7; 5 6 7 8 9 2; 1 2 3 4 5 6]

I assume, you want to calculate the sum of each matrix element. Weights are defined for each matrix (and usually sum up to 1). Then this is, e.g.:
C = 0.1*A + 0.9*B
If you want to have weights for each element (in A and B), this is:
w = rand(size(A)) % a random weight matrix
C = w.*A + w.*B
