Having Trouble Uploading Images to Matlab

When I click the "Browse Your Folder" icon ( located top left corner), a window pops up and then from there I can click on a file or folder to upload to matlab. But Image files ( jpeg, Tif,png etc.) are unhighlighted and unclickable. I try to click on them and it won't let me download the images to the matlab interface.

if you want to load a png or jpeg file, you need to use imread function. Refer: imread
