I want to get an image info with imfinfo

Please help me...How to use imfinfo when I use handles.Img = Img to get the Image file?

The question is not clear. We cannot guess, what handles.Img = Img means, because the contents of Img is not explained. The documentation explains exhaustively, how imfinfo is used:

doc imfinfo

This command requires the file name as input, not the RGB values of the pixels.

Please read this at first and ask again, what remains unclear.

Well you didn't look at the documentation, or read the error message. See how you're passing in an axes handle instead of a filename string. This is what the error message tried to tell you. Pass in the filename, like Kalyan showed you, and it will work.

By the way, don't call the variable Image. There is a built in function called image(), and even though MATLAB is case sensitive it's still not a good idea to use built in function names for your own custom variables. Also, don't use single letters like I (capital i) - it looks too much like 1 (one) and l (lower case L). Use descriptive names, like rgbImage or something.

@Rindang Pratiwi: It depends on what you call "image". An uint8 matrix or 3D array can be interpreted as pixels colors, so it is an image already without any need for a conversion. Or do you mean a graphics file or do you want to display it using the imshow or image command? Pleas be more specific.

I have no idea about what you are asking for.

There is no "image info" without saving the file. What do you expect it to be? An "image" is usually a [M x N x 3] array of RGB values, so what kind of "image information" do you hope to find?

"Using handles" can mean a lot of different things.
