Does Matlab 2011b support Embedded Coder 7.0?

Can we upgrade just the embedded coder version without upgrading the Matlab version and keeping it to 2011b?

The Embedded Coder version is tied to the release of MATLAB, so you would need to upgrade MATLAB to R2018a to get Embedded Coder 7.0.
