Hi,

You can refer the blocks from Simscape Foundation library and Simscape Fluids to design and simulate a submerged pump with a water source like a well. However, if you are interested to design the 3D model of the well and pump and then simulate using Simscape, you can use Simscape Multibody to import the model into Simscape and then design the remaining connections and ports to simulate the mechanical behavior of the pump within the well.
