How to model IC MC34063A in Matlab Simulink? Simulink>Simscape>SimElectronics>Integrated Circuit

I am currently working on DC-DC Step-Up Converter (5V Input to 20V Output) Project. I am facing an issue regarding proper modeling of a circuit. So can you model me the whole circuit? Or kindly guide about the use of IC MC34063A or its alternate. Thank You!

The MC34063ADG is an adjustable output buck/boost/inverting switching regulator. There is no specific block for this particular chip but can be modelled using existing blocks, either using independent switching devices or built in DC-DC converters from Simscape Electrical library.
