How to extract individual states from a state vector?

I have created a dynamic model of a Stewart Platform. I have total 6 states in the state space equation (xyz coordinates and Euler angles). I have made a Simulink model for this. But i don't know how to extract all these six states from the model.I named the vector of states as X and I have Xdot and Xddot in the model. How do I extract each of the states?
