internal error during after several scripts

Everytime I use mathlab on this PC after running more then one script, or several data sets using one script an internal Error shows up.

I do not understand why it is doeing this, but when I restart matlab it says that it is now using OpenGL instead of my graphics card. I already updated the drivers of my graphic card.
