I try install minGW in matlab r2017a, and when i setup appear warning notice 'MEX configured to use 'MinGW64 Compiler (C)' for C language compilation. Warning: The MATLAB C and Fortran API has changed to support MATLAB variables with more than 2^32-1 elements. You will be required to update your code to utilize the new API.' How to fix it?

There is nothing to fix with that. That is a warning having to do with a change from 32 bit to 64 bit, and it only makes a difference for people who had C or C++ files that tried to use int (which are 32 bits by default) as the size of variables.
