How can I get the 20 facial feature points?

i already try this code:

however, the output points are scattered.

how can i get exactly like this? can anyone help me with the code, please?

Find a published paper here in vision bib where someone solved it, and program up their algorithm (rather than yours). It's not going to be some simple 6 line program though.
