I would like to plot 3x3 subplots, each having a graph of the same equation, but with different values of parameters. Is there a way to reset the variable values after each subplot? Every time I run 2-6 subplot takes the values from the first one. Thanks.

No need to "reset" them. Simply assign the variables their new values after you get the old equation (old y values) and before you generate the new y values. Then generate the new y values, call subplot(), and then plot() with the new y values. Attach your code if this is not working for you.
