how can i store pixels values in array from given coordinates ?

actually i had to find max pixel value, after storing all pixel values in array, i had initial values(x,y) of coordinates. like this for i:100 dist(119+i,132) = my(images) imshow(my_images); hold on plot(dist); end

What is the "my" array? What is the index "images" that you're using to index into "my"?

You're calling plot() for dist, but dist is a 2-D array - more like an image than a 1-D intensity profile.

Are you aware of improfile()?

i want to store pixel values and find high intensity pixel of new object in image and to get the value of edge of that particular object.
