counting number of voxels

i have text file includes x,y,z columns ( number of raws=9654) and a column of distance ,how can i Count the voxels from x,y,z to plot a 2-d plot of distance against number of voxels?

Can you post some code that you have tried so far? I think this might give a better idea of the problem you are trying to solve.
