compare image quality between two same image

hello i have made a program that compress image using svd , and i want to put a test to tell the user how much quality he had sacrifide after he had compressed his image , i wish if you can help in this thank you

For image quality assessment, you use following parameters,
1. MSE - Mean Squared Error
2. PSNR - Peak Signal to Noise Ratio
3. AD - Average Difference
4. SC - Structural Content
5 NK - Normalized Cross-Correlation
6. MD - Maximum Difference
7 LMSE - Laplacian Mean Squared Error
8. NAE - Normalized Absolute Error
