Problem in coding out-of-focus blur kernal for Image restoration

Hello Everyone,

I am recently working on adjusting focus level of images i.e. deblurring images for out-of-focus defects and studied from various research papers that out-of-focus images can be improved using deconvwnr()/deconvlucy() with a blur kernal (PSF) mentioned in the attached file.

If this PSF function same as fspecial(disk,'radius')?

I dont think so, because disk is a gaussian low pass filter. Also both has different mathematical equations.
