Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, my apologies for interrupting you.
I kindly introduce myself as Emerson Buidal, an Investigator-Aircraft Engineering and Flight Recorder for the Papua New Guinea Accident Investigation Commission. Our role is to conduct investigation on Aircraft Accident Investigation IAW ICAO ANNEX 13.
Recently, I have been hearing a lot from other investigation agencies mentioning that they are using the MATLAB/SIMULINK in their laboratories especially the Flight Recorder Lab. The flight recorder lab is for downloading data and analyzing data from aircraft flight recorders such as FDR,CVR,GPS, etc.
We also have a new flight recorder lab and also thinking of buying MATLAB/SIMULINK for the lab.
Therefore, can you please identify how the MATLAB/SIMULINK can be use and helpful in our flight recorder lab?
Kindly need your advice so I can convince management to buy your product.
Thank you for your time and look forward for your reply.
Cheers
