How to chech if a number is a sum of certain elements (not all elements) in a vector?

Hi, I have a number; let's say b = 4.5 and a vector A = [1,3,1.5,5,3,2,1]. I want to see if there exist a combination(s)/sum of elements in A which is equal to b or not?
