I don't even know what that could possibly mean. In your mind, what might be the first principal component?
For what it's worth, I attach my demo converting an RGB color image into a 3 component PCA image. The initial components are the red, green, and blue values of the image pixels. You can plot them and then plot the PCA values in a scatter plot and see how PCA is a rotated version of the color gamut. I have no idea what it would be for a binary image because you have not told us your inputs. And you can't just say "they're the true or false values of the image" - that makes no sense.

Thanks for your answer i need the pca for determination of Object Rotation in binary image so my input is binary image (black-white image) that i have my object rotate with pi/4 (ellipse)
