What is the clock function?

I've already seen the help page: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/clock.html, but I cannot understand anything from it, I think its very few and incomprehensible for me. If I run clock in MATLAB I get a six element vector? What are those six elements? What are the units?

@Mr M: What you describe is the MATLAB function, but you gave a link to the Simulink block. Why? This is the correct page for the MATLAB function:

Well If the documentation for the simulink element clock doesn't help you have a look at the output of your function call, what does it look like? If that doesn't solve itself after a few repeated tries, try to look at the help for the matlab-function clock:
>>helpwin clock

The documentation page to which you linked is for the Simulink source block, not the function in MATLAB. The documentation for the MATLAB function clock describes exactly what the elements of that vector represent.
