The MatLab Home site indicates "Not available in my location" Can you verify that MatLab Home is really not available in California / US of A ?

Please use the comments to reply to a question. Moved an answer into a comment by David:
"I see the MatLab-Home homepage. At the bottom of this page, just above the FAQ's, is the statement "MATLAB Home is not available in your location." --- dpm"
