MATLAB Drive cannot re-configure drive path. Re-install the product only defaults to the install path last time, with no new installation dialog.
I 'fixed' this by brutally unplugging my drive/partition, which forces MATLAB Drive to path error, and re-pop the new installation dialog.

An alternative approach is to:
  1. Shut down MATLAB Drive Connector
  2. rename the MATLAB Drive folder or move it to a new location
  3. Restart MATLAB Drive Connector
  4. Follow the prompt to point MATLAB Drive Connector at the new location.
