Integrals of discrete data points.

Does anyone know any functions, preferably on older version of matlab, that can calculate the volume and surface integrals of a series of discrete data points in x,y,z or spherical co-ordinates.
I just have a series of points that produce an enclosed surface so need the volume this surface encloses and its surface area.

Sometimes no answer means that the volunteers had eye-tests that left their vision blurry for quite a number of hours.

There is no answer without assumptions about how the points are joined together. Consider:
If you were given just the vertices of that polyhedra, would you guess that particular connectivity ?
