Hi.
I got problem with a interesting code here.
If I got: u'(t)=a*u(t)-bu(t)u(t) and v'(t)=-cv(t)+dv(t)v(t)
1. What are u' and v' measure?
Could it be that u' (zebras) and v' (lions) be the populations growth?
2. What happen with population if v(0)=0?
Perhaps It could be the numbers of lions at t=0 is 0. Which should meant, according to the forumla above, that the zebras survives from not to be preys.
Please, I would be glad if someone could tell me if I am correct with this.
Regards Cillian
