How to design a pneumatic cylinder ? As I can see there is a library for hydraulics in Simscape, is there any toolbox for working on pneumatic circuits in Simulink/ Simscape ? Please help me out this problem...

You could design with Simscape and there are some shipped examples in Simscape you could refer to:
Aside from this, there are other toolboxes in the Physical Modeling domain such as Simscape Fluids, Simscape Multibody which you might require depending on your use case.
