- Try adding "connector.ensureServiceOn" to the beginning of the startup.m
- Does the workspace have any user defined file named 'settings.m'? If yes, rename this to something else as it takes precedence over the settings.m file of MATLAB.

Hello,
I am trying to access matlab from Java in eclipse IDE. I am getting the attached error when I try to get the current shared session of Matlab. Can anyone please help me in solving this error?
